The Rotary Peace Fellowship Program 2027-2028 is a fully funded fellowship designed for people worldwide who are passionate about promoting peace. Each year, over 90 outstanding leaders are selected to receive this Rotary scholarship for advanced study. The program equips fellows with high-quality training, practical tools, and the knowledge needed to become effective agents of peace and successful professionals in their fields.

Since its inception, the Rotary Peace International Scholarships Program has brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds who want to make positive changes. It offers advanced networking opportunities and has already trained more than 1,500 peace and development leaders from over 100 countries. The program has been successfully achieving its goals since 2002, while The Rotary Foundation has been working toward a peaceful world since 1917 under the motto: “Doing Good in the World.”

Two Tracks of the Rotary Peace Fellowship

The Rotary Foundation Fellowship Awards are divided into two categories to ensure the most deserving candidates are selected. Both tracks focus exclusively on peace and development studies.

1. Master’s Degree Program

  • Duration: 15 to 24 months
  • Target Audience: Young professionals with a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Outcome: A master’s degree in peace and conflict resolution from a top university

2. Professional Development Certificate Program

  • Duration: One year (blended learning)
  • Target Audience: Experienced professionals with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Outcome: A professional development certificate in peacebuilding

Participants in both tracks learn from world-class teachers, connect with a diverse alumni network, and work alongside experts in their fields. The Rotary Peace Fellowship creates change from the ground up, believing that peaceful collaboration at the local level leads to global peace.
