- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with a drive for excellence and innovation
- Willingness to work primarily in Karachi (Head Office & Manufacturing Plant) with possible rotations

- Additional Exposure: Possible short-term assignments or site visits based on business needs This multi-faceted exposure builds nationwide operational understanding, flexibility, and cross-functional agility.
