Use the international-admission portals of NUS, NTU, SMU or your chosen institution. Check the institution’s instructions for the ICA Student’s Pass process.

Before you commit
Pakistani applicants should not assume ASEAN fee rates or ASEAN-only awards apply. The MOE Tuition Grant can carry a three-year employment obligation, so understand the contract before accepting subsidised tuition.
  1. Identify programmes that accept your qualification. Ask admissions about equivalence if your Pakistani award is not clearly listed.
  2. Read the individual course requirements and deadline. Confirm language evidence, prerequisites and any selection test.
  3. Prepare your academic records, references and personal statement. Follow the institution’s instructions for certified documents.
  4. Submit through the university or its designated national portal. Keep your account, receipts and application number.
  5. After an offer, check the student visa procedure for applicants residing in Pakistan and prepare the required financial evidence.
