From shortlist to application.

Apply to an appropriate university or investigate the MEXT embassy route. For a student visa, follow the school’s Certificate of Eligibility arrangements.

Before you commit
Confirm course language and any entrance examination before applying; not all examinations are available in Pakistan. The reference warns against treating part-time work as a full funding plan, and records a 28-hour weekly cap with permission.
  1. Identify programmes that accept your qualification. Ask admissions about equivalence if your Pakistani award is not clearly listed.
  2. Read the individual course requirements and deadline. Confirm language evidence, prerequisites and any selection test.
  3. Prepare your academic records, references and personal statement. Follow the institution’s instructions for certified documents.
  4. Submit through the university or its designated national portal. Keep your account, receipts and application number.
  5. After an offer, check the student visa procedure for applicants residing in Pakistan and prepare the required financial evidence.
