From shortlist to application.

For public medical or dental seats under a SAARC allocation, follow the current DGME call and Pakistan’s designated channel. Other institutions, including BUP, publish their own admission and funding arrangements.

Before you commit
Medical admission and permission to practise in Pakistan are separate matters. Establish the current PMDC institution, student-registration and licensing requirements before enrolling; an agent cannot determine recognition.
  1. Identify programmes that accept your qualification. Ask admissions about equivalence if your Pakistani award is not clearly listed.
  2. Read the individual course requirements and deadline. Confirm language evidence, prerequisites and any selection test.
  3. Prepare your academic records, references and personal statement. Follow the institution’s instructions for certified documents.
  4. Submit through the university or its designated national portal. Keep your account, receipts and application number.
  5. After an offer, check the student visa procedure for applicants residing in Pakistan and prepare the required financial evidence.
